Top 5 posts of 2017
Today I thought I'd share with you guys my 5 most popular posts from 2017. I'm particularly nosey so personally love posts like this from other bloggers.
Number 5

In 5th place is my Weekending in London post. When I shared this post, James and I had not long been back from a long weekend in England's capital which was super relaxing. It was so lovely to get away from reality for a short while and do something a bit different.

Picnic. Selfie before the rest of the group turned up
At the end of August, I shared my monthly best bits post. For me, staring my new job, having a group picnic at the beach and celebrating Chloe's birthday were probably my favourite moments from that month.
Number 3
Cocktail making master class at Laska. My 21st
My December best bits post did pretty well in 2017. December is always a hectic month for everyone. Rosie and I both have our birthday's in December, then there's Christmas, New Years Eve, Christmas Parties and other social events to busy ourselves with. The general celebrations and social events as well as the cocktail making master class were particular highlights for me.
Number 2
Feeding time at ZSL London
My September best bits post was the more popular post of the Best Bits series, both in 2017 and since I started the series back in 2015. The monthly instalment has gradually become more popular, more so from mid 2017, meaning that three have made it into my top 5 posts from 2017. My mum and step dad finally tying the knot, of course, was amazing and takes centre stage for September but our trip to London as a whole was just brilliant and was just what I need so is a close second.

During our long weekend in London in September, James and I headed to FriendsFest. The first of the two posts was the most popular post of the year. You would not believe how excited I was for the event. I was a bit concerned that I would be disappointed by it after hyping up the event so much beforehand but luckily it was just as good as I had hoped it would be. I would definitely recommend going this year if you're a Friends fan and haven't been to one in previous years. While there's a decent crowd, you can still see and do everything. You don't feel rushed and can take as many photos as you wish without people getting in the way. You'd actually be surprised at how considerate everyone was! It was also such a relaxing environment. Food and drinks are pretty pricey but how often can you say you went to FriendsFest!
So there we have it. My top 5 posts from 2017.
