To watch: Gilmore Girls
Well, well, well. Wouldn't you look at my binge watching skills. I do feel I did particularly well this time round. When it came to Pretty Little Liars, Chloe well and truly out did me and completed all 7 seasons months before myself. She was even ahead of me on Gilmore Girls for the most part. That is, until the start of the month when we both started season 7 around about the same time.
I booked myself short working week last week where I managed to finish Gilmore Girls as well as re watch Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life. My reasoning for watching A Year In The Life for the second time is because I mistakenly watched it before the original series and wanted to see it after so I could fully make sense of it 10 years on.
Now, to say I watched basically an entire season in about two weeks, I think it's safe to say I was hooked to the show! In ways, I see a lot myself the Lorelai and Rory. I, too, seem to have a bottomless pit of a stomach, just as do they. I also see a resemblance between their relationship as mother and daughter as I have with my mum. I'm still trying to get my mum into watching it!
All I can say is, if you haven't yet seen it, then you must watch it! If you're into shows such as Pretty Little Liars, then you'll love Gilmore Girls! Fun fact: Gilmore Girls was filmed on the same set as Pretty Little Liars. Take a look here at the set comparison. Chloe shared the article with me and now that it's been pointed out, it's so obvious! Almost like how did I not see it before?!
