101 in 1001: Have an ultimate Mario marathon
Chloe and Rosie headed round to mine a few weeks ago for an evening full of Mario as part of my 101 in 1001.
To kick start the evening, we cracked open a bottle of Asti. We felt Italian wine was rather fitting to accompany all of the Mario games we would be playing through the evening.
The girls bought their Nintendo Switches along with Mario Bros World, however we didn't have time to make our way onto that particular game on this occasion. Maybe if we hadn't taken an hour out to nip to the shop formore food and to chat, then we would have had time...
However, we did manage an hour of Mario Kart, an hour of Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games, and an hour of Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympic Games.
I do feel we need another Mario Marathon soon so we can play some more Mario games.
