Thorpe Park was amazing! I felt like a child going round the park and seeing all of the rides! We went on a Tuesday so as you can imagine, it wasn't as busy as it could have been, which is a good thing seeing as we didn't have to queue for ages.
The longest amount of time that we ended up queuing for was about 20 minutes which was to go on Stealth. Stealth goes from 0 to 80 mph in 2.3 seconds and sends you to an an altitude of 205 ft. We were fine and happy to go on it... Until we were at the gates! To say we were dreading that much, it was nowhere near as bad as we were expecting it to be. We even wanted to go on again. We didn't in the end - we went for food and decided it probably wasn't a good idea to go back on.

We went on many rides, most of which the name has escaped me. There was one ride which slowly takes you up to the top, holds you there for a bit before dropping you at quite a speed - I was absolutely bricking it to put it politely! I couldn't stop swearing while we were being held at the top and then only stopped screaming coming down because I ran out of breath! In my defence, that was the only ride that had that effect on me.

At about 2 we decided to take a break and go for some lunch at one of the little diners followed by Oreo Krushems from KFC. Both of which filled us up so we could do nothing but walk around until our food babies had disappeared.
After our little lunch break, we mooched round the little stands and tried winning some prizes. Unfortunately neither Sj nor myself succeeded in this. I think we only went on a few more rides before we decided enough was enough and collected our belongings from the locker and began making our way back to the hotel.

It was a good day, but it involved a lot of walking around and our poor little feet were aching already!
