Blogmas, day 11
On the eleventh day of Blogmas...
This Sunday, the tables were turned and Josh was the one who awoke slightly fragile but we were both absolutely shattered. In yesterday's post, it gave across that I really didn't enjoy myself last night at Josh's Christmas party. That's not the case. I haven't slept particularly well for the last few nights and spent all of yesterday chatting away so when it came to socialising with his colleagues, I was too drained to be my usual chatty self.
My mum and stepdad popped round for the first time in a while this afternoon. We had a lovely little catch up and chatted about how we were expecting Christmas Day to pan out. I'm actually not long home having dinner at theirs.
For me, the rest of the day has consisted of watching Gilmore Girls on Netflix, playing with Oscar, pre writing some blog posts for the end of the month, and the last of the housework. I also just the hot chocolate that we made yesterday while we were doing our chocolate workshop and my oh my, it was incredible! More to come on that near the end of December.
The most Christmassy part of today has been the Christmas songs I was listening to while I was blogging away here. The day it's not far off now - just 2 weeks away now.

This weekend has literally consisted of so much food and socialising. I do love me some food but I'm getting to the point now where I won't need to eat anything else at all until Thursday!
I have had such an amazing weekend celebrating my 20th! I got nothing but good reports from my friends, mostly about the chocolate workshop but also about the day as a whole but I'm super happy that everyone enjoyed themselves and got on okay. They don't all hate each other - I invited my work friends along with my normal friends who hadn't met before...
Charlotte.
P.S. I will be sharing my chocolate making post for 101 in 1001 right after Blogmas has finished.
